퇴근해 보니 마눌님께서 생물 가리비 손질에 바쁘시다.

오늘은 아래층 지홍이네가 지원군이다.

고맙게도 맛보라며 한 바구니 보내주셨다.

날로, 쪄서, 치즈구이로 .... 집 안에 앉아 겨울 바닷가 호강을 좀 했다.

바닷가 시장통에 있는 식당에서라면 초고추장 찍은 '날로'가 최상이었겠지만, 오늘은 치즈구이가 환상적이다.

(지홍이 어머님께서 우리집에 소비뇽 블랑이 있는 걸 어찌 아셨을까?)

이전의 Villa Maria나 Saint Clair와는 색채가 또 다르다.

시트러스 계열 향에다 산미가 좀 더 강해서 훨씬 드라이한 편이다.

오일리한 맛과 바닐라향 숙성미가 약간 있어서,

날(生) 가리비보다는 치즈를 얹은 구이 요리가 더 맞았던 것 같다.

그럼에도 불구하고,

상대적으로 가볍고 부드럽고 상냥한 틀을 벗어나지는 않는다.

뉴질랜드 Sauvignon Blanc은 어느 식탁에서나 환영받을 아이템이다.

이런 감상적인 와인을 마실 때면

시골에 집 짓고 살 미래를 떠올리게 된다.

20층 2호보다는,

언덕 위 파란 대문집 사람들로 불리고 싶다.
