눌님은 동네 단골 정육점에서 사온 허접한 사태로 환상적인 수육을 만드는 재주가 있다.

덕분에 오늘 저녁상은 수라상이다.

잘 익은 부추가 곁들여진 수육 한 점을 간장 소스에 찍어 먹으면

평범한 Cabernet Sauvignon 한 잔도 훌륭한 풍미를 새로 만들어낸다.

내가 만일 주점을 연다면 屋號를 "풀다(Poolda)"로 하면 어떨까?

첫 잔에 넥타이를 풀고,

둘째 잔에 썰을 풀고,

셋째 잔에 묵은 감정을 풀어,

좋은 관계를 맺기를 바라는 뜻에서.

손님들이 그럴 수 있도록 좋은 술을 푸는 게 주인장의 도리겠지.

테러와 전쟁으로 얼룩진 세계의 많은 곳에서

긴장을 풀고,

일에 치여 힘들다면

잠시 解憂所에 들어가

작은 행동을 통해서

그런 사랑을 풀어낸다면

내 안의 진실을 찾을 수 있다.

세상이 내 안으로 들어오면

모든 숙제을 풀 수 있는 열쇠를 얻을 수 있다.
